The Instant Marketing Department
Serving as PermissionTV’s virtual marketing department for the past 18 months, BluePoint has developed and executed a full communications plan for this online video platform provider, including AR/PR, speaking, events sponsorships, and highly successful awareness and lead generation campaigns.

Highlights:

  • Developed new positioning and re-launched website to better represent the company, increase organic search efforts, and connect with each of its key audiences – brand marketers, interactive agencies and media companies

  • Established ongoing relationships with media and analysts, and generated press coverage in key trade, local, business and marketing press. Successfully launched new product – the PermissionTV Platform Development Kit – and generated 10+ primary news features with all coverage positive and 100% on-message

  • Since embarking on first-ever lead generation campaign in June 2007, BluePoint generated thousands of new leads via interactive marketing programs. Recently, we initiated a Webcast series to showcase PTV’s online video expertise and generate qualified sales leads. By recruiting industry analyst co-speakers and partnering with trusted sources like Streaming Media, The Hollywood Reporter, AdWeek and the American Marketing Association, we generated nearly 2,000 leads in less than 90 days. In fact, we even broke a Streaming Media record by attracting the largest audience yet for a Webcast!

  • Established presence at leading industry events including Streaming Media, LATV Festival, Ad:Tech, Digital Hollywood, and more. Secured four speaking opportunities in first 90 days and have successfully positioned PTV’s VP of Strategy as an acknowledged online video thought leader
